DStv customers get their very own DStv agency in Alexandra Township


MultiChoice is bringing its service to your doorstep – a DStv agency opened on the 27th November, Shop no. 12 Alexandra Plaza, 3rd Street Wynberg in Alexandra.

What makes this agency truly unique is that MultiChoice has empowered a member of this community to own and operate this business.

Zacharia Makhwedzha of Makhwedzha Satellite Solution was born in Alex and works with his family in business: “I’m excited about the new business and inspired to be in this competitive business environment.”

“Our customers will enjoy a walk-in customer experience where there questions can be answered and any queries are resolved promptly without delays. We’re opening a number of these smaller agency around the country – we’re proud to make a contribution to these communities by empowering the agency owners,” Bikash Komal, Head of National Walk-In Centres, Customer Care at MultiChoice.

The Alexandra agency will benefit our customers and manage everything from installations, processing payments, upgrades, repairs and decoder sales closer to their homes. MultiChoice will continue to support Makhwedzha Satellite Solution by giving direct access to systems and offer training in order to provide the highest level of service to customers.

Smaller agencies will also be opened in Taung, Zeerust, Jozini, Kokstad and Matatiela.
